Scheduled Golf Tours 2012-13

Playing Around New Zealand offers a program of scheduled golf tours. The scheduled tours are designed for individuals and couples who wish to join a group and are suitable for golfers of all abilities. We also welcome non-golfing partners and supply a customised sightseeing and activity program during the tours. Group members will stay in genuine four star rated hotels and resorts. Each property has been carefully selected for its style, service and location. We offer something a bit different to usual coach tours. Using two luxury Mercedes minivans and two of New Zealand's best tour guide/drivers we take a maximum of 16 guests to the finest golf courses that New Zealand has to offer and provide the flexibility and service which would normally be enjoyed during a private tour.

Best of the North Island Tour - 11 Days

Spend 11 days touring the North Island of New Zealand. Beginning in Auckland and ending in Wellington you will play the best courses and stay in 4 star accommodation. Golf courses played are Titirangi, Kauri Cliffs, Gulf Harbour, Wairakei International, Kinloch, Cape Kidnappers and Paraparaumu.

 

Queenstown Escorted Tour - 8 Days

Surrounded by majestic mountains and nestled on the shores of crystal clear Lake Wakatipu, Queenstown is New Zealand’s premier resort. Staying at the conveniently located Crowne Plaza Hotel this escorted tour combines wonderful golf courses, world class scenery and activities that make Queenstown a very special destination.  Non golfing activities can include trips to Milford and Doubtful Sound and tours of the Central Otago wineries. Golf courses played are Millbrook, Kelvin Heights, Arrowtown and two rounds at the world-class Jacks Point.
